– Visits and tastings: the best way to promote a product is to let people taste it and allow its quality to convince the customer. That’s why, for both old and new clients who wish it, the School transforms into a kitchen laboratory where they can taste and experiment.

– Recipe development with the producer: Development and research to create custom recipes based on customer input or to fill a market niche that is not covered by the producer’s standard offerings.
To do this, we have created a School. Our school serves multiple functions that support the commercial and logistics activities of other departments. Thanks to our deep knowledge of the market, we interpret new Italian trends and apply them to Austria, thus creating new ways of living.
